South by Southwest Film Festival - When in Rome... Well, when in Austin or SXSW, you have to blend in by having an Austin Special Martini, right? Would be rude not to! So we strolled into the Roosevelt Bar for some local flavor.
By this time we had seen 9 films, so it was time for a little break. We wanted something refreshing, smooth and fruity. This hit all the marks.
This is the kind of martini that will sneak up on you. Seems all friendly and innocent at first, but it'll deliver a serious punch!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
2 oz fresh organic watermelon juice
1/2 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
Dash of agave nectar
Hint of lime
Method:Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish: Lime twist
